On iOS/iPadOS/MacOS:
  • Navigate to your settings in app store, select subscriptions and find your desired subscription to cancel.

  • Navigate to play store. Select your profile account and click on subscriptions where you can cancel your subscription.

On iOS/iPadOS/MacOS:
  1. Hold your app icon on your home screen and tap delete icon.
  2. Or navigate to settings, general, iPhone storage, select your app and tap delete app.
On Android:
  1. Hold your app icon on your home screen and drag it to the uninstall icon.
  2. Or navigate to settings, apps, select your app and tap uninstall.
Disclaimer: If not saved in the cloud, all data will be lost. Because data is saved locally on your device.

Some basic troubleshooting steps include:

Restarting the device. (No data will be lost)
  • Hold the power button and slide to power off.
  • Wait for 10 seconds and turn it back on.
Clearing cache or reinstalling app. (Data will be lost, please back it up.)
  • On Android: Navigate to settings, apps, select your app and tap clear cache or clear data.
  • On iOS/iPadOS/MacOS: The app needs to be reinstalled. Delete the app and then navigate to app store to delete the app.
